These terms apply when you use the Azee Home Fresh website and place orders with us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep product information, prices and stock accurate, but errors can occur. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious error and will tell you if we do.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

Orders and delivery

• An order is confirmed when it is placed successfully and you receive an order number.
• We deliver only to serviceable pincodes. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. When online payment is offered it will be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Safe use of products

Read the label before use, keep cleaning products out of reach of children, and do not mix different cleaning products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
